Pabellón de deportes

The Municipal Sports Pavilion was built in 2005 by the Ministry of Tourism and Sports and the City of La Rambla, it is located next to the Municipal Pool and at the entrance of the Industrial Estate Alfares by the road to Montemayor. I has a number of facilities:

  • 45 x 24.5, convertible into 3 rooms 15 x 24.5 by two separating curtains
  • Holl input
  • Control Room
  • 4 changing rooms with common wetland area
  • Costume disabled
  • Ladies and men Services
  • Judges Room
  • 2 stores
  • Graderio for 304 seated spectators.

With all these facilities within the multi-sport pavilion can be made, as they are;

  • Basketball
  • Futsal
  • Volleyball
  • Handball
  • Tennis
  • Badminton
  • Table tennis
  • Kung fu
  • Zumba

These sports are practised by people of all ages. In addition, there are female and masculine teams.

The pavilion was designed by architect Jerónimo Sanz who searched “the functionality and technical effort to build prefabricated materials technology” to fit the budget of the work. Sanz said that it was designed to make a”possible extension”.
